1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Electrix processes, ships and delivers orders placed on our platform. We ship across India through reputed logistics partners, including Shiprocket and its network courier partners.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows and may vary based on your location, product availability and courier serviceability:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days.
- Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier partner and factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on order value, weight and destination, and are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value or during promotional periods.
- All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable GST.
5. Serviceability & Delivery Address
- Delivery is subject to your PIN code being serviceable by our courier partners.
- Please ensure your delivery address, including landmark and contact number, is complete and accurate. You may use the location feature to help fill your address precisely.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is shared via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment anytime from the Track Order page or under My Orders.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failure
Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, refusal to accept, or an unreachable contact number, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may attract additional shipping charges.
8. Inspection at Delivery
We recommend that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery or record it and notify us within 48 hours so that we can assist you under our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
